In this video I talk about cleaning guitars strings, one of the basic guitar maintenance tasks. You should always wipe the sweat and dirt from the strings every after a gig, or as long as you keep sweating while playing. This will avoid string rusting and breakage. It will also maintain the tone and sustain of your strings.
In time you will need to replace you strings because they will get softer and softer, but this will take a long time.
Yes the video IS made after I arrived from COSPLAY FUSION last June 27, 2009 at Power Plant Mall, Rockwell Makati. Many thanks to Kailee and for inviting me to play with Rakuen Science.

In simple words i wrote a simple program that runs on a Nintendo DS. LOL
I did say in the video that I used the open source PALib. It's a library that has ready-made basic procedures written in C programming language.
Don't get me wrong, you do have to program in C but the trouble of writing low-level procedures has already been done for you.
I stumbled upon this over a year ago. It's just now that I suddenly have the urge to continue studying it.
I can't wait to write my first "REAL" game ^_^

about the video:
this is the first time I used VLC to record both video and audio. I also made the recording easier by loading the values in a script that calls VLC. kind'a like record-and-go type of thing.
I still use Cinelerra to put the effects such as subtitles brightness and so on.

This lesson talks about string bending / vibrato. It's a nice hand skill that adds decoration to your melodies. It makes the sound more alive and dynamic.
this is just the first part. I will discuss more bending variations (such as UNISON BENDing) on another video

hope you guys learn something, I tend to eat a lot of my words lol. The guitar volume is too loud. It was too late for me to realize that . I'm very SORRY :-(
